Butleigh Parish Council (BPC) meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm, usually in the Church Rooms. Planning matters are included in full council meetings.  BPC also holds Extraordinary meetings and Staffing Committee meetings when required. Butleigh’s Annual Parish Meeting is held annually in April or May.

Public attendance at meetings

BPC welcomes members of the public to its meetings in the Church Rooms.

During ‘Public Time’ a member of the public can speak on any agenda item.

Minutes

Minutes are generally posted on the website a week after a meeting takes place. A copy will also be displayed in the Butleigh Village noticeboard.
