Butleigh Parish Council (BPC) meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm, usually in the Church Rooms. Planning matters are included in full council meetings.  BPC also holds Extraordinary meetings and Staffing Committee meetings when required. Butleigh’s Annual Parish Meeting is held annually in April or May.

BPC welcomes members of the public to its meetings in the Church Rooms. During “Public Time” a member of the public can speak on any agenda item. Please check that a BPC meeting has not been cancelled before setting off to attend. Agenda or cancellation notices are placed on this website and the parish council noticeboard.
